Together with Petar Popovi\u0107 and Damir Mladi\u0107 Buzar is the co-author of the book Finis Africae. Its title connotes the unexplored and unknown, but also the potentially dangerous, like the forbidden part of the library in Eco's The Name of the Rose. Here, it refers to the realist perspective applied to the analysis of the challenges to global governance. In this episode, Buzar, who flirts with identifying himself as a classical realist, talks about the Second Gulf War, global inequality and poverty, as well as development aid policies, migration policies and Croatian foreign policy with regards to the war in Ukraine. If Croatia cannot be a great power, can it at least be a small power?
